When Sue Spranger and Paul Rheinberger started Supa Realty in 2000 they brought exceptional business acumen to the company. Their talents were gleaned from private and corporate businesses that covered finance, manufacture, construction, project home sales and general real estate.  

They were determined to offer their clients superior service at the most competitive rates available. They brought innovative ideas that negated the need to carry mundane and useless tasks such as letter box drops, mail outs, door knocks and telephone canvassing that can account for 50% of the workload of a traditional office. This meant that the office was more focused on the delivery of superior service, which provided repeat business and a continual stream of referrals creating a most enviable reputation in the real estate industry. This also meant that services could be delivered at a more competitive rate to clients. 

Supa Realty specialises in the sale and management of residential properties. We do what we know best. 

Sue and Paul are driven individuals who had humble beginnings and were determined to make a success of their business through honesty, integrity, being fair and reasonable and most importantly putting their clients’ needs first. They have a strong sense of commitment to all the clients of Supa Realty and always go the extra distance to ensure client satisfaction, something that is sadly lacking in most businesses today. 

They have demonstrated an ability to survive and thrive during tough markets through perseverance, motivation, resilience, focus, flexibility, humour and humility and these hallmarks are passed onto the exceptional staff that work at Supa Realty and would undoubtedly be the best in their roles. 

We have never set out to be the biggest real estate office but we are determined to be the best.
